Terms of Service

Who We Are & What This Service Does

Orana is a Lenko Studio service that ingests TikTok profile/video data (via your consented OAuth connection or public pages where permitted), computes text/audio/vision features, and produces analytics and experiment suggestions on non‑sensitive variables (e.g., captions, CTAs, timing, editing cadence). In Research Mode, we may compute suggestiveness/sensitive metrics for correlation analysis only on adult‑only datasets; we do not generate prescriptive recommendations based on those metrics.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting a TikTok account, or using Orana, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use Orana.
• You represent you have the authority to bind any entity on whose behalf you use Orana.
• You may only connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Accounts, OAuth & Security

• Some features require sign‑in and TikTok OAuth authorization. You authorize us to obtain tokens and read permitted data per TikTok scopes you approve.
• You can revoke access at any time from TikTok’s settings or within Orana. Revocation stops future collection; see the Privacy Policy for deletion.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

License & Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use Orana for your internal creator/agency analytics and experimentation.

Acceptable use

• Do not violate laws, platform terms, or third‑party rights.
• Do not upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not use Orana to develop or disseminate sexualized or exploitative content, target minors, or encourage risky/unsafe behavior.
• Do not access data without consent, circumvent protections, scrape where prohibited, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Do not misrepresent the source of data or impersonate others.

User Content & Licenses

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, process, analyze, and display your content solely to operate and improve Orana, provide analytics, and create aggregated/de‑identified insights. You warrant you have rights to grant this license.

TikTok & Third‑Party Services

Orana is not affiliated with TikTok. Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok’s terms and policies. We may integrate other third‑party services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics); their terms may apply. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

Experiments Policy (Research Mode)

• Experiments only include non‑sensitive knobs (e.g., caption phrasing, posting hour, jump‑cut frequency, loopable endings).
• Sensitive/suggestiveness metrics (e.g., skin‑exposure proxies, low‑angle prevalence) are used observationally to study correlations and never as prescriptive recommendations.
• We do not knowingly ingest data from users or profiles of persons under 18 for sensitive analyses.

Beta, Changes & Availability

Orana may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Beta features may be unstable and are provided “as is.” We will endeavor to give reasonable notice of materially adverse changes when feasible.

Fees

Some features may be paid in the future. Prices, if any, will be disclosed before you incur charges. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law, fees are non‑refundable.

Intellectual Property

Orana, including software, documentation, and design, is owned by Lenko Studio or our licensors. Except for rights expressly granted here, no license is implied.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use it without restriction.

Disclaimers

ORANA IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANALYTICS OR RECOMMENDATIONS WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN THE AGGREGATE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of Orana in violation of these Terms, or your violation of laws or third‑party rights.

Termination

You may stop using Orana at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or to protect the service, users, or third parties. Upon termination, your license ends and we may delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts of Mexico City, Mexico. Update this clause to match your entity if needed.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms. If we make material changes, we will post an updated date and, when feasible, provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
