Privacy Policy

Scope

This Policy explains how Lenko Studio ("Lenko", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, dashboards, APIs, and related services, including the Orana creator insights (the "Service"). It applies to creators, agencies, and testers who use Orana and Lenko properties.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account details (name, email, password or SSO identifier).
• Profile settings, organization/agency name.
• Support messages and feedback.

Data from TikTok (with your consent) or public pages

• From OAuth/official endpoints (when you authorize): account profile metadata, list of videos, and per‑video metrics (e.g., views, likes, comments, shares). We receive access/refresh tokens and store them securely.
• From public pages (where permitted): publicly visible profile/video data and metrics.
• Derived features: text/audio/vision features computed from your public videos (e.g., caption length, hashtag count, cuts per 15s, color contrast index). In Research Mode, we may compute sensitive/suggestiveness metrics for correlation analysis only on adult‑only datasets. We discard processed frames and store only derived features.

Technical & usage data

• Device/browser information, IP address (truncated or full as configured), timestamps, pages/actions, and error logs.
• Cookies/local storage for session management and analytics.

We do not intentionally collect government IDs, precise geolocation, payment card numbers (unless you subscribe later through a PCI‑compliant processor), or data about minors. If we learn we processed data from a minor, we will delete it.

How We Use Information

• Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
• Generate analytics, dashboards, and experiment suggestions on non‑sensitive variables.
• Conduct research and statistical analysis on creator performance on adult‑only datasets.
• Communicate with you about updates and support.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Legal bases (where applicable)

• Contract performance (to provide the Service).
• Legitimate interests (improving and protecting the Service, aggregated analytics).
• Consent (OAuth access, certain cookies/communications).
• Legal obligations.

Data Sharing

We share information with service providers (hosting, storage, analytics, email, error monitoring) under confidentiality and data‑processing agreements; with TikTok and other platforms when you choose to connect or share; in business transfers; and for legal reasons. We do not sell personal information. We may share aggregated or de‑identified insights that cannot reasonably identify you.

Data Retention

• Raw media artifacts (if any) are stored briefly for processing and then deleted (target: ≤30 days).
• Features/metrics are retained while your account is active and a reasonable period afterward for analytics and auditing, unless you request deletion.
• OAuth tokens are deleted when you disconnect or upon account deletion.
• We may retain minimal logs to fulfill legal obligations and prevent abuse.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit, limited access, secrets management). No system is 100% secure; please protect your credentials and report suspected issues.

Your Choices & Rights

• Disconnect OAuth: Revoke Orana’s access from TikTok or within the Service.
• Access/Download: Request a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
• Objection/Restriction/Correction: Depending on your region, you may have additional rights.
• Cookies: You can control cookies via browser settings; some features may require them.

International Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers (e.g., standard contractual clauses).

Children & Minors

Orana is not for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

TikTok‑Specific Disclosures

• We access TikTok data only with your authorization or from public pages where permitted by law and platform terms.
• We use TikTok OAuth tokens solely to read the scopes you approved, store tokens securely, and rotate/refresh as needed.
• We do not use TikTok data to build profiles about individuals outside the Service or for unrelated advertising.
• Deletion: If you disconnect or request deletion, we delete OAuth tokens and associated TikTok‑sourced personal information (subject to minimal retention for legal or security reasons).

Data Deletion Instructions

Email privacy@lenkostudio.com with subject “Delete My Data” and include the TikTok handle(s) you connected. We will verify ownership and confirm deletion. An automated endpoint will be documented when available.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the new effective date and, when feasible, provide notice of material changes. Your continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
